Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BizSuite ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and promptly update it as needed. You may not share your account credentials with unauthorized users or allow access beyond your licensed user count.
Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected during subscription. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its code, design, content, and underlying technology, is the proprietary property of BizSuite and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizSuite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
